Introducing our new partner, Tallis Amos Group (TAG)

A new 12-month partnership to support the grassroots football community by offering a range of high quality machinery products

Worcestershire Football Association and Tallis Amos Group (TAG) have announced a new 12-month partnership to support the grassroots football community by offering a range of high quality machinery products tailored to support the improvement of grass pitches across the county.

As a recommended provider for Worcestershire FA clubs and organisations, TAG will work with our football clubs, education sites and parish councils to provide a personal service looking to enhance and improve the machinery being used on football sites.

In addition, all Worcestershire FA sites are able to benefit from the Football Foundation Grass Pitch Machinery Funding which offers a 75% contribution towards the purchase of new and pre-owned equipment. Click here to find out more about the Grass Pitch Machinery Fund.

Our lead Football Development Officer for Facilities and Partnerships, Jack Handsaker, said: “Having worked with TAG over the previous season, I am confident that our sites will benefit from great customer service and the top high-quality products they provide. Working with our sites to improve the level of machinery and maintenance equipment being used on our pitches will further enhance our aim to develop more good quality grass pitches across the county.”

Colin McIntyre, Turf and Commercial Director of Tallis Amos Group, said: “Being a local family owned business, we are proud to support local grassroots football clubs and have a team with vast knowledge available to help. This is a great initiative giving back to the local community with fantastic backup from Worcestershire FA’s team of staff.”

If you are interested in becoming a partner of Worcestershire FA, we have a range of packages available for organisations who can add value to local football.

Our Chief Operating Officer, Ollie Williams, added: “We are committed to working with Worcestershire companies to support Worcestershire football. This is a key part of our new 4-year strategy for 2024-28 and we would love to hear from organisations who can contribute to the growth and development of local football.”
